    YAY! You're ready to apply! Bring your deposit to our office for the house you're interested in, your most current bank statement, and four pay stubs! Once we receive all of the above, we then will begin processing your application!

     

    You could be living in your new home in as little as 2 business days!

     

    Deposit contracts are filled out in the office with one of our friendly office staff. We look forward to meeting you!

    If you have questions..We have answers!

    Q: Where else do you have homes for rent in central Florida?

    A: We have rental properties located mostly throughout Marion County; in Ocala, Dunnellon, Silver Springs, Belleview, Ocklawaha, and Citra. Plus surrounding counties and towns such as Hernando in Citrus County and Interlachen in Putnam County.

    Q:How can I view a property I'm interested in?

    A: Simple! Just text a picture of your drivers license, the property you want to view, and the time you would like to view it to 352-266-0960. We will then text you back a lockbox code to get in. Please do this a minimum of 2 hours in advance of the time you want to view the property.

    Q:What are your requirements when applying?

    A: Since we do not check credit, we verify income, we require your most current bank statement(s), 4 pay stubs, or income statements, and any other additional income such as social security, child support, etc.

    If you are approved you will pay first month, last month, and the security deposit prior to move in.

    Q: Are you guys pet friendly?

    A: Yes we are! Most pets are welcome, however we require shot records and photos before move in. Each pet adds a $300 refundable deposit and an additional $50 per month in rent.

    Q: How much is the application fee?

    A: $0.00... Nada.... Nothing

    Q:Are there any other processing fees?

    A: ... No

    Q:How do I apply, and make this home mine?

    A:If you are local to Ocala, come into our office at 3960 S. Pine Ave. Ocala between 9:00 - 4:00 Mon - Fri, and our friendly office staff will walk you through the application process.

    If you are out of town, the application process is done via DocuSign and over the phone.

    1. Submitting a deposit will instantly reserve the home for you. Most homes require a $1,000 deposit to reserve and this holds it for you for up to 2 weeks.
    2. At the time you leave your deposit, we will give you the application to fill out. You can either fill this out in our office, or you can return it, email or text a photo of it back to us within 24 hours. Applications typically take 2 - 3 business days to approve.
    3. Once you are approved, the $1,000 will fully apply to your move-in costs.
    4. If you are not approved, the full $1,000 deposit is refunded to you immediately.

    Add and rearrange any components you want.
